Digital Avenue expanded it’s business in 2005 to include a no-comprise, artists first recording solution. Designed with the idea that comfort, environment, atmosphere, and personality are as essential as excellent equipment to the ultimate success of a project. Digital Avenue provides an extraordinarily inviting and welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional artistry and craftsmanship.

Located on the northwest side of Rochester, Minnesota, in the basement of business owner, and Pro Tools Certified engineer, Dallas McLaughlin’s house. Gone are the days of recording studios filled with racks upon racks of gear you won’t use, but you will definitely pay for. By keeping as many recording solutions as in-house and “in-the-box” as possible, while maintaining an unsurpassed professional sound quality, Digital Avenue is able to keep costs as low and affordable as anywhere in the area.

Digital Avenue owner Dallas McLaughlin has a wide base of experience as a producer, engineer, performer, and businessman. Having worked on an enormous range of projects for independent and major label artists, using a wide array of techniques to help realize the imaginations of his diverse clientele. Dallas is able to leverage his space at Digital Avenue to full effect, making artists and producers feel welcome and free to create. Digital Avenue’s philosophy of getting sounds right the first time, combined with the studio’s vast “in-the-box” gear, makes sessions run efficiently and on budget. Digital Avenue has the experience and “ears” to help you get the sound you’re after.
