April 24th @ Mickey’s Irish Saloon

On Saturday, April 24th 2010, Digital Avenue hosted a promotional party at Rochester’s very own, Mickey’s Irish Saloon. We pulled a lot of strings to make this a very special night for everyone who came out! We had On The Rechord, a blog out of Mankato Minnesota on hand to document and write about the evening. We had Budweiser Rochester send us a couple beautiful girls for the evening. J-Sun Entertainment‘s very own David Chiarini was our special guest MC. We also had Rochester’s North Coast Photography taking pictures all night.

1st Annual Party For A Cause

Digital Avenue and J-Sun Entertainment teamed up once again, this time for a great cause! Together we raised nearly $4,000 for Paws and Claws Humane Society. On August 28th, we held the 1st Annual Paws and Claws Benefit at Mickey’s Irish Saloon. We had a live musical performance by JT Thompson, stand up comedy by John Russell. We had kids games, a photo booth, sno-cone machine, face painting. We had free catered food from Crown Restaurant. We also had a live raffle and Silent Auction. Then the best part of evening was the animals from Paws and Claws constantly roaming the bar!

2nd Annual Party For A Cause

For the 2nd Annual Party For A Cause, we decided to help someone a little closer to home. J-Sun Entertainment’s, Dave Chiarini’s brother, Kevin Chiarini was diagnosed with Renal Cell Cancer. Just as we did with the 1st Annual Party For A Cause, we held our event at Mickey’s Irish Saloon. We had Push and Turn open, follow by American Idol Hollywood contestant, Chris Lawrence. We had a silent auction that dwarfed last years, along with even more food, entertainment, a House of Bounce castle, and cake decorating my Peggy Tucker. When all was said and done, we had raised over $10,500 to go towards Kevin Chiarini’s mounting medical bills.
